AimerGard.com: The Mini Guardener is designed to protect small flower beds, rose bushes, or similar valued plantings from rabbits, groundhogs, raccoons, dogs and cats. Also it is useful for keeping neighbors pets away from your porch, garbage cans, and bird feeders. Though simple in design, it has proven to be very effective against a wide range of intruding animals. The rattlesnake-like sound and sudden striking motion instinctively startles even the largest of intruders. Animals will avoid the area after a single experience with The Mini Guardener
Critter Ridder uses a patented formula to effectively protect landscaped areas, birdfeeders, garbage cans, and other surfaces against nuisance animals such as dogs, cats, groundhogs, squirrels, raccoons, and skunks.
Invitation: watch a video of a more mellow dog that hits soccer balls with its head: www.youtube.com A makeshift lock on a chain link fence was no match for the dog employee at Mann’s Welding called Winston. The 80-pound pit bull mix managed to break free Sunday. That’s when Michael Emerling received a call from police. “When they said he attacked a car,” said Emerling, “I wasn’t prepared for what I saw.” Winston chewed the front bumper of a patrol car completely off, bit through two tires, and left teeth marks in the side panel of the vehicle. The Chattanooga Police Officer behind the wheel was clocking speed when Winston launched his attack. The Officer was sitting in his car, filling out a report when he says the car began shaking. That’s when he got out of the car and discovered the dog attacking his car. The Officer used pepper spray, and then a stun gun but not even that could stop the dog. “The dog apparently rolled over and started chewing on the prongs, pulling them out of his skin,” said Officer Rebecca Royval, spokesperson for CPD, “then he kept going.” Royval says when back up arrived Winston then chewed the tires of the other patrol car. Eventually the dog was captured by animal control officers, with the help of one of his owners. “Obviously at some point yesterday he was not a nice dog,” said Emerling, “but previous to that he was very sweet.” Emerling says Winston will occasionally show aggression toward lawn equipment, but has never hurt anyone. MASTERS – Multi-Aspect Sensory-Targeted Enemy Response System. Having a problem with deer or other unwelcome animals turning your “red gold” into brown gold? Fences a bit unsightly? Here’s a deer (or any animal) repellent technique for the backyard garden using a motion-activated water sprinkler ( I bought it on amazon), along with a homemade piece, a couple of pie plates with a bar of Irish Spring soap inside to serve up a nasty dose of sound (sprinkler and drum sound from water hitting pie pans), sight (the water spout and the wobbling, spinning pie pans with a scary face sporting fangs), smell (irish spring soap), taste (irish spring soap) and touch (water spray). This allows the attacker (you!) to hit on all of the intruder’s senses at once. An overwhelming display of force. The proverbial “Shock and Awe”. Message to intruder: You are not welcome here! The sprinkler works like it is supposed to, and the pie plates add another angle to trying to get a handle on problem animals. Water enters into the holes I made for the “eyes” on the pie pans. It drips over the soap and exits throungh a little hole on the bottom of the pie pans. After the sprinkler goes off, you can definitely see and smell soapy water dripping from the bottom of the pie pans. Some of the diluted soapy water may get sprayed on the enemy as it drips out the bottom of the pie pans during an event., whicjh is a beautiful thing. The plants emerge completely untainted. This method is much easier than …
